Introduction

The main objective of the training program is to provide the practical knowledge to highlight the international tender business including e-tendering & agency agreement with foreign supplier(s). The pilot e-tendering is being implemented under the Public Procurement Reform (PPR) Project-II, assisted by the World Bank. Different procuring entities now send their tender notices both online and offline. When e-tendering will be in place, all such information and monitoring will be done online. And under the e-GP system, the whole cycle of procurement will be done electronically.

Government and private sectors are purchasing their items through international & local tender . The major and potential organizations are LGED, DGDP, BCIC, BSFIC, BAPEX, TCB, CMSD,WASA, BJMC, DCC, CCC, BIWTA, Gas Fields Co., PDB, REB, CPA, MOF, BPC and more other organizations.

So, there is a huge scope and possibilities to do international tender business, to earning the foreign currency from all over the world. Business men , educated & jobless people must be benefited to engage them in this profession and they can play a major important role for the earning of foreign currency in Bangladesh. Besides, trainers can build up their career with the concept of this course.
