Introduction

C-TPAT (The Customs-Trade Partnership against Terrorism) is a safety measure that the trade industry takes against terrorism. Today it`s a big client`s requirements to the suppliers. C-TPAT Certification allows importers to take advantage of faster import processing with a secure supply chain. The C-TPAT certification program ensures that the highest standards of security are applied at all levels of the manufacturing and transportation process today.
Considering the benefits of C-TPAT certification, it (C-TPT Certification) has large scales of benefits for the certified organization. C-TPAT Certification conforms self-policing and self-monitoring of security activities. All certified C-TPAT companies are eligible to attend CBP sponsored supply chain security training seminars. C-TPAT Certified organization will be at the front of the line for any required inspections that take place. C-TPAT Certified organization will be recognized as a trusted partner of the United States Federal Government.
In today`s fast changing global market, it is not only the quality of products which cherished the retailers & manufacturers but also the working of the organization wherein the product is produced. Those are equally important to gain and strengthen consumer confidence and to build up more reliable relationship with vendors. Basic awareness of the C-TPAT compliance issues helps to understand and monitor the compliance part of it in protecting the image of a particular brand of products.
In order to do so, the reputed & leading market player including garments trade has imposed compulsion on the related factories to achieve those objectives as a condition of the export contact. Even the exports were either withheld or cancelled elsewhere in the event of non- compliance to C-TPAT issues.
C-TPAT compliance training is important in terms of protecting the company over the long-term. Today CTAPT Compliance training is treated as the highest level demandable training on security system. C-TPAT Compliance is aligned with the best practices for an organization, so as this and the requirements for compliance evolve over time, it ensures that businesses are compliant with regulations before they have come into effect.

Mohammad Abdur Rahman served Compliance Sector for last 16 years in total 6(Six) renowned organizations in Bangladesh. Currently, He is the Managing Director & Facilitator of Compliance Training (BD) Limited & Managing Director & Consultant of “Compliance Consulting (BD) Limited’. He obtained B.Sc. (Honors), M.Sc. degree from Dhaka College, Dhaka under National University in 2000. PMBA (HRM) in 2014 from BIHRM and Post Graduate Diploma on HRM in 2011 from BIMS. He has a vast knowledge of conducting hands on compliance audit & consulting in compliance organization. He has attended in many Trainings & Conference on Compliance Management accordingly. He has completed the Internal Auditor Course on ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015 (EMS), ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS), ISO 22000 (FSSC 22000), SA 8000 Standards & so on. Mohammad Abdur Rahman has successfully completed IRCA Approved 5 Days Lead Auditor Course on ISO 9001:2015 (QMS), ISO 14001:2015(EMS) & ISO 45001:2018 (OHSMS). He is the approved auditor of IRCA on QMS, EMS & OHSMS. Now, He is the approved Tutor/Auditor/Technical Expertise of SGS Bangladesh Limited.

Mohammad Abdur Rahman has established two organizations on compliance management named ‘Compliance Training (BD) Limited’ & consulting firm named ‘Compliance Consulting (BD) Limited’. He is the founder/Managing Director of both two organizations. He has been conducting training on Compliance Management, Human Resource Management, Administration, Labor Laws & Labor Rules, Soft Skill Development, International Compliance Standards etc. in different renowned organizations in Bangladesh including his organization Compliance Training (BD) Limited.

He is the 5 Days Social Compliance trainer in General HR-Social Compliance & Industrial Compliance Training in Industrial Management Faculty in SCITI, SCIC, Uttara, Dhaka. He is the 2 days Labor Law & Labor Rules Trainer in SGS Bangladesh Limited.
