Introduction

Training or facilitation, whatever we name it, is an art. A very prestigious, critical but at the end, most delightful art indeed. This session is designed in a very unique way. It has been developed after years of practice, research and study. To ensure sustainable learning among adults is very challenging. A great presenter is not enough to become a great facilitator. A great trainer might not be a great facilitator and a great facilitator might not be a great trainer as well. Academician, teacher, facilitator, trainer, instructor, coach, mentor, educator, counsellor - there are so many terms which seems similar but those are actually have different meaning and usage.
