Shami Walid completed Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Daffodil international University in 2010, masters of Business Administration degree from Bangladesh Open University in 2017 and Diploma in Social Compliance in 2014 from Bangladesh Institute of management (BIM). For enabling himself as a professional trainer he has obtained Training of Trainers (ToT) certification from BIM.
