Shami Walid is a professional trainer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. His competencies range from Human Resource Management, Administration, Social Compliance, Business Communication, Occupational Health & Safety Management and Managerial Training to essential business skills, such as Entrepreneurial Development, Change Management & Transnational Analysis. He is specialized in guiding entry to mid level management professionals, managers and small business enterprises (SME) business owner to overcome their limitations and discover their hidden potentially for success. His passion is to remove the efficiency gap of human being.
Having work in full capacity with several NCs, MNCs and Humanitarian Organizations such as ASM Chemical Industries Limited, VIYELLATEX Limited, Regatta Limited, and Medecins Sans Frontieres (International) Shami Walid began his career as professional trainer in 2015. Till now he has conducted fifty on the job and in-house training in ready-made garments industries, corporate houses and educational institution. During his professional tenure he displayed exceptional leadership skills, pioneer technical/business initiatives and lead them to success.
At present he has been functioning as HR & Admin Coordinator in a Thailand Base development organization name as Asian Disaster Preparedness center.
Shami Walid completed Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Daffodil international University in 2010, masters of Business Administration degree from Bangladesh Open University in 2017 and Diploma in Social Compliance in 2014 from Bangladesh Institute of management (BIM). For enabling himself as a professional trainer he has obtained Training of Trainers (ToT) certification from BIM. He has attended many professional development training from national and multinational training organization.
